Zagame's House

Modern Luxury on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD. We had the task of taking the old Hotel Downtowner in Carlton and transforming it into an amazing 97 room boutique hotel. We created 5 room types over 3 floors, a lobby with cafe, state of the art gym and conference rooms to suit private & business functions.

Zagames Berwick

We were tasked with breathing new life into Zagame's Berwick, creating a fresh new look while retaining the comfort and accessibility Zagame's are renowned for. Unfortunately, works were cut short midway through the build with Lockdown laws put in place. We hope to see the project finished and completed in the near future.

Manton's Creek Estate

The Manton's Creek Estate winery is located along the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Our job was to create a new cellar door to replace the existing one. Modern, but still maintaining the old country charm, the space we created is intimate, yet grand in it's high pitched ceilings.

The Hungry Fox Cafe

A new build in a newly developed pocket of Essendon Fields, the cafe is a large and contemporary space. Using warm timbers throughout, we have created a space that is inviting and homely.

Lower Plenty Liquor

Built in the outer Melbourne suburb of Lower Plenty, we designed a boutique bottle shop directly across from the Lower Plenty Hotel. Drawing inspiration from materials and
colours found in the area, the design is
modern, but never feels out of place in its suburban bush setting.

MPD Steak Kitchen & Bar

MPD is an old nightclub venue reimagined as a New York style bar & restaurant. The large open space was broken up into 4 dining zones, including a glass enclosed wine cellar that floats above the main bar. Each zone is unique in its architecture, colour palette and styling. With custom built trees suspended upside down metres above diners, cheeky neon signage and a mix of leather and tartan, this space is sophisticated, yet suprisingly casual.

Combining three apartments into one, we created an inner city penthouse overlooking the beautiful Albert Park Lake. Featuring a beautiful Valcucine Italian Kitchen by Rogerseller, custom wine fridge and spacious open plan living & dining area.

Zagame's Ballarat

We were tasked with redesigning the interiors for Zagame's Ballarat, which includes a new and expanded bistro & kitchen, new sports bar, new gaming room and new BOH and staff offices. Each area has been designed drawing inspiration from Ballarat's colourful farming, gold mining and industrial history.

Zagame's HQ

A combination of open plan and private offices, meeting rooms and an entry lobby, every bit of Zagame's HQ was designed with a sense of fun with it's bold use of colour and choice of materials.

Two Buns Burger Bar

The new burger kid on the block, Two Buns burger bar on Bridge Road Richmond was completed late 2016. A relaxed space, designed as the perfect place to kick back with your friends and enjoy a burger by the amazing chef Chris Bonello, while enjoying a craft beer on tap.
